It is not just an innovative idea to make your presents, it is a good way to purchase the products you prefer.

The Gift Card is a debit card that is a voucher and a credit with Kuvera. The Gift cards replace the gift vouchers which are valid until the expiration date. The consumer can buy the products marked Carpisa in the Kuvera outlets and the affiliated outlets which join the initiative, under the following conditions. These conditions regulate the relation between the consumers and Kuvera.

Gift Card purchase

• The Gift Cards have a value that is impressed on the card (50€), they can be purchased in all the Carpisa points of sale adhering to the initiative.
• After the activation it can be used to buy any product only in the Carpisa points of sale.
• The customer chooses the card in the point of sale and gives it to the checkout clerk who activates it. Only the checkout personnel are authorized to open the pack and scan the bar code. After scanning and payment the card is enabled and can be used to purchase.

• The card has 12-month validity. After the expiration date the Gift Card must be handed back to any Kuvera outlet in Italy.
• The Gift Card cannot be recharged.
• The Gift Card gives no right to reimbursement.
• There are no interests on the credit of the card.
• The Gift Card is not personal, it can be transferred. It can be used by anybody who produces it to purchase in any Carpisa outlet joining the initiative.
• It is a pay-per-use card so it can be used until the credit is abated.
• The Gift Card is a voucher. Kuvera is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of the card. The Cards will not be replaced.
• The Gift Card cannot be blocked and Kuvera is not responsible for improper use.
• Claims are possible only on presentation of the card.

Gift Card use

•  The Gift Card must be presented to the checkout clerk for scanning. If payment is not possible for technical reasons, Kuvera reserves the right to refuse the card.
• The credit of the card can be used to make full or partial payments. You cannot pay in cash the total or the residual amount. The residual value will be proved with the optical character reader used in the Kuvera points of sale, in the absence of proof to the contrary.
• If the initial or the residual value is not enough to pay for the products, the remaining amount must be paid in cash or in a different way accepted by Kuvera.
• Once the credit is abated, Kuvera will keep the card.
• The payments with credit card are treated according to the general conditions of safety and personal data protection.
• The Gift Card is not personal, it can be transferred. Therefore the data of the customers are not communicated for the purpose of management of the cards themselves. Kuvera employs advanced technologies for the protection of personal data. In general, Kuvera is not responsible for the data communicated via the internet. Data communication is not coded.

Competent court /applicable law

• Any claim about the card will be regulated according to the Italian law. The competent court is the Court of Naples, in an exclusive way with no possibility of resorting to the alternative courts considered by the C.Cr.P.

Modifications and additions

• Kuvera reserves the right to make changes at any moment to the program and the present conditions. The current conditions are published on the web site of Kuvera www.carpisa.it and it is supposed to be accepted by the consumer from the date of publication.
