How can I place an order?

Choose a product and click on the image to view the card containing detailed information of the item and purchase options. To proceed with the order, add the item to the cart and proceed to the checkout. If the order has been executed and transmitted correctly, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, please double check the email address you entered

I received an error message while placing my order, what can I do?

Our customer care is always at your disposal to help you during the purchase process. If you encounter a problem you can chat with us from the Homepage of the site, send us a message by filling out the form at the following link, or write to customercare@carpisa.com

How can I view the status of my order?

You can view the information of your orders (current and past), by logging into your account, in the "My orders" section. If you have not registered on carpisa.it, you will find all the information in the order confirmation email.

Is there a limit to the amount of products I can buy?

Generally, there are no limits for neither quantity or amount. However, Carpisa may reserve the right to limit the purchase of some limited series products.

Can I change an order?

You can change your order up until you pay it. Once the payment has been received, it is no longer possible to modify the order. This includes changing the size or color, removing, or adding items, changing the billing address, and paying method.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order, within 30 minutes from its confirmation by accessing your account in the "My orders" section and clicking on the "Request cancellation" item. Following the cancellation of the order, you will be refunded the amount paid. The procedure can take up to 30 days.

What can I do if the item I want is not in stock?

If an item is finished, it will be marked as "Not available"; you can choose to be notified when it will be back in stock by entering your email in the appropriate field and clicking on "Notify me".

Does filling the cart oblige me to purchase?

No. You can place as many items as you want in the shopping cart and decide not to conclude your order.
