How can I return one or more items?

The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used. Before making a return, please read the conditions listed in the "Returns and refunds" section. You can make a return, by logging into your account, in the "My Returns" section. Here you will find the list of orders for which you can request a new return and the return requests already submitted.
