How can I return one or more items?

The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used, with all tags still attached to them. Before requesting a return, please read the conditions listed in the "Returns and refunds" section. You ask for a total or partial return of your order by sending an email to our customer care indicating:
Your Name and Surname
Order Number
Items you want to return
Reason of the return request
Pick up address
A return label to be attached on the package will be sent to you.
