INFORMATION ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Carpisa intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items purchased online and to receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.
The customer who wishes to make a change of size, color, or article, of the same or greater amount, must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the website www.carpisa.com.
The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 days of delivery, only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used and by connecting to www.carpisa.com and entering the section My profile "My returns”.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
To send one or more returns to Carpisa.com, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:
The items to be returned must not have been used or treated in any way.
The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
All other labels of the article, both in fabric and pending, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
The goods to be returned must be physically delivered to the Courier no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Carpisa reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter's expense.
THE REFUND PROCEDURE
The Customer can request the return of all or part of his order by connecting to www.carpisa.com and entering the section My profile "My returns".
Here the customer can request the return by clicking on the "Add a new Return form" button and then on the "Select Order" button corresponding to the order that contains the items you want to return.
For each item, the number of pieces returned, the reason and the condition of the items must be entered.
Below you must select the refund method: if the order was paid by card or wallet, you must choose card, if the order was paid by cash on delivery, you must choose bank transfer.
In the latter case, the Customer must enter the IBAN code on which to make the transfer.
Following the return request, the customer will receive 2 separate communications:
from Carpisa the return authorization with the BRT courier waybill attached to be printed and applied on the package

In any case, the customer can use another carrier at his choice; to facilitate the processing of the return, the Customer is invited to apply the label sent by Carpsia.

Shipping is at the Customer's own risk: Carpisa is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
All returned items are inspected by Carpisa staff who verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Carpisa reserves the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts are established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of returns and communicated to the Customer.
REIMBURSEMENT/REFUND
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit.
A few days may elapse between the date of receipt of the return and that of the refund. Refunds are made in the same purchase currency. Any losses due to financial fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
It should be noted that if the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he will be reimbursed for the total amount of the purchase including the original shipping costs (standard delivery only). The costs of returning the order, equal to 10€ using the BRT carrier, and the additional costs arising from the user's choice of the cash on delivery payment service will not be reimbursed.
In the event of defects and / or non-conformities, the Customer will be entitled to a free return of the disputed items.
