In case of absence at the time of delivery, the package will be stored; to release it, our Customer Care will contact you via e-mail to reschedule the delivery.
We recommend that you be present at the time of delivery, as a signature is required to certify the receipt of the package.
Shipping times are indicative: generally 6 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays), starting from the moment of entrustment to the courier.
Any delays may occur in disadvantaged areas or during special periods, such as sales or holidays. Despite this, we guarantee the utmost attention while complying with the deadlines.

It is possible to request the return of all or part of the order within 14 days of receiving it by connecting to our site and entering the “My Returns” section of your account.

To be eligible for return, the items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped and must be properly packaged and packed with all the labels, both in fabric and hanging, necessarily intact and attached to the item.

The return in some cases has a cost of €5, deducted directly from the amount reimbursed.
It is not possible to return items purchased online to the store.
