The suitcase is insured!

Carpisa, in collaboration with Sara Assicurazioni, offers all those who purchase a Carpisa suitcase in a physical store or on the online site* a 12-month insurance coverage , with no charges or costs for the customer,
for cases of total loss of the suitcase during an air journey .

To activate coverage , simply fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
Once you've completed the registration process, you'll receive an email confirming your policy has been activated.


To get compensation you will need:

1) The confirmation of policy activation that you will receive by email;
2) The receipt or payment receipt for the suitcase;
3) The loss report issued by the airport's "Lost Property" office.

*Coverage is only available to customers/buyers domiciled in Italy who made their purchase online or in a physical store in Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City).
