Where is it and how long will it take for me to receive my order?

Carpisa ships to Italy, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, France, Croatia, Austria, Czech Republic, Holland, Malta.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated in the check out based on the weight and the Cap / zip code.
Can I choose when to receive my order?
As soon as the order is entrusted to the courier, and / or on the day of delivery of the order, you will receive a notification by e-mail and / or SMS that will show the date of expected delivery. If you are not available, you can choose to change the delivery date.
Can I change the delivery address?
As soon as the order is entrusted to the courier you will receive a notification via e-mail and / or SMS containing your tracking code with which you can reschedule the shipment.
What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?
In case of absent recipient, the service ensures two automatic delivery attempts. In case of non-delivery on the first attempt, the courier will leave a notice to inform the recipient that a second delivery attempt will be made the next working day. In case of absence of the recipient even on the second attempt, a notice is left in the mailbox with the references of the post office where the recipient can collect his package in the following 10 working days, including Saturdays.
