DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
Order processing and delivery times are approximately 3-6 working days from the moment the order is completed.
By "business days" we mean Monday through Friday, excluding Italian national holidays. We do everything we can to get your order to your most convenient location as quickly as possible, so it usually takes 1-3 days to prepare your order (for customized products, it may take approximately 3 business days longer than the stated delivery time). Delivery, which is via TNT express courier, generally takes 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.
We also inform you that, in the case of deliveries to logistically disadvantaged areas or during special events (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas holidays, etc.), the delivery of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant attention to respecting the established times.
Click & Collect orders follow the same timeframes as above, as they do not constitute a "reservation" of the item already in store, but are handled like normal online orders to be delivered to a collection point.
Unfortunately, it's not yet possible to change the shipping address for an order; therefore, please choose your delivery address carefully, making sure to enter the correct street number.
Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email informing you that we're waiting for payment approval to process your purchases. Once payment is received on our systems, you'll receive a subsequent email confirming that your order will be processed shortly. Specifically, you'll find:
- your order summary;
- your personal details;
- the details of the billing documents.
You will also be informed that we are packaging your products and pre-arranging shipping.
Once your package is ready, it will be handed over to TNT, who will then send you a confirmation email with all the details you need to track your order using the tracking code. You will also be able to reschedule your delivery or have it delivered to a Fermopoint near you.
If TNT is unable to deliver your package, it will retry delivery the next working day, sending you a notification via email.
Following the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the TNT branch will contact you by telephone, where possible.
In the case of direct shipments to private individuals, telephone contact will generally take place during non-working hours.
After 3 working days without receiving any information, your order will be placed in storage and held at the TNT branch designated for final delivery for a maximum of 10 days.
You will be contacted by our customer service and if the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender.
PAYMENTS
Purchases made on the www.carpisa.it website can be paid for using the following payment methods:
• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and PostePay)
• PayPal
• Amazon Pay
• Scalapay
*No other forms of payment are accepted
Payment must be made when the customer places the order online or by cash on delivery directly to the courier upon delivery. At no time will payments be considered installments or down payments. All orders are payable in euros.
Credit Card: Customers can pay for their orders by credit card, a simple and secure way to make online purchases. Carpisa accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and PostePay.
Carpisa guarantees customers maximum security thanks to the most widely used encryption solution on the market. By clicking on their bank card, they will be directed to Adyen's secure payment site, which implements the SSL security standard. Confidential data is transmitted encrypted to Adyen. Customers purchasing on the Carpisa website will have their financial information (credit card number, expiration date, and other personal data) processed exclusively by Adyen and will never be accessed by Carpisa. As part of its anti-fraud efforts, Carpisa uses 3D Secure payment for orders paid for by Visa and MasterCard.
3D Secure (also called Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) is a payment system using authentication that enhances security when making online purchases. At the time of payment, the customer's bank verifies the cardholder's identity before confirming the transaction.
After entering your card details, the Customer will be transferred to your bank's website where they will be asked to identify themselves.
Each bank has its own procedure, which may, for example, require you to enter your date of birth, enter a code received via SMS, or answer a personal question.
For security purposes, Carpisa reserves the right to request a photocopy of the Customer's identity card for payments made by credit card.
PayPal: If the customer has a PayPal account, they can pay for their order directly online. After choosing their payment method, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website. They will need to enter their details and proceed with the payment. With PayPal, the customer's banking information is never shared with Carpisa. PayPal protects the customer's card number with an encrypted system.
AmazonPay: By selecting your payment method, you will be redirected to the Amazon website, managed exclusively by Amazon, where you can enter your login credentials to access the service provided by Amazon and then select the delivery address (provided it is located in one of the countries listed on the Website) and the payment method from those available in your Amazon account.
