It is possible to request the return of all or part of the order within 14 days of receiving it by connecting to our site and entering the “My Returns” section of your account.
To be eligible for return, the items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped and must be properly packaged and packed with all the labels, both in fabric and hanging, necessarily intact and attached to the item.
The return in some cases has a cost of €5, deducted directly from the amount reimbursed.
It is not possible to return items purchased online to the store.
