Orders

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it by logging into your account, going to the "My Orders" section, and clicking "Request Cancellation." Once your order is cancelled, you will be refunded the amount you paid. This process can take up to 30 days.

What can I do if the item I want is not in stock?

If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as "Out of stock." You can choose to be notified when it becomes available again by entering your email address in the appropriate field and clicking "Notify me."

Does filling my cart obligate me to purchase?

No. You can add as many items as you want to the shopping bar and decide not to complete your order.

How can I place an order?

Select a product and click on the image to view the product page containing detailed information and purchasing options. To proceed with your order, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. If your order has been placed and transmitted correctly, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, check the email address you entered during checkout or check your spam folder for the confirmation email.

I received an error message while placing my order. What can I do?

How can I view the status of my order?

You can view your order information (current and past) by logging into your account and going to the "My Orders" section. If you haven't registered on carpisa.it, you'll find all the information in your order confirmation email.

Is there a limit to the quantity of products I can purchase?

Generally, there are no limits on quantity or value. However, Carpisa reserves the right to limit the purchase of certain limited-edition products.

Can I change an order?

You can modify your order until payment is confirmed. Once payment is received, you can no longer modify your order. This includes changing the size or color, removing or adding items, or changing your billing address and payment method.

Carpisa.com accepts the following payment methods:

Payments are accepted only in euros.

Is the payment secure?

Carpisa.it guarantees customers maximum security thanks to the most widely used encryption solution on the market. How can I use a gift card?

Once you've added your products to your cart, you can enter your gift card at checkout. If the code doesn't work, check if it's still valid. Promotional codes cannot be combined.

How is my payment information processed and stored?

All transactions are processed securely, ensuring maximum data security for Carpisa.it customers. The financial information of customers purchasing on the Carpisa.it website (credit card number, credit card expiration date, and other personal information) will be processed exclusively by the relevant credit institution and will never be accessed by Carpisa.com. All relevant information submitted by our customers will be kept secure and confidential. Only limited, authorized personnel have access to this information. My payment was not accepted, what can I do?

Please check that the information you entered is correct (login details, card number, expiration date, etc.). If the problem persists, you can contact your bank or try an alternative payment method. Our customer service team is always available to assist you with the purchase process. Where does Carpisa ship?

Carpisa ships to Italy, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, France, Croatia, Austria, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, and Malta.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and zip code.

Can I choose when to receive my order?

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, and/or on the day of delivery, you'll receive an email and/or SMS notification with the expected delivery date. If you're unavailable, you can choose to change the delivery date.

Can I change the delivery address?

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking code, which you can use to reschedule your shipment.

What happens if I'm not present at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is absent, the service ensures two automatic delivery attempts. If the first delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notice informing the recipient that a second delivery attempt will be made the following business day. If the recipient is absent on the second attempt, a notice will be left in the mailbox with the contact details of the post office where the recipient can collect their package within the next 10 business days, including Saturdays.

I haven't received my order yet, what can I do?

Returns and refunds

How can I return one or more items?

Returns must be made at the customer's expense and responsibility within 14 days of delivery, and only if the returned items are intact and unused. Before making a return, please read the conditions listed in the "Returns and Refunds" section. You can make a return by logging into your account and going to the "My Returns" section. Here you will find a list of orders for which you can request a new return and any return requests already submitted.

What is the Insured Suitcase service?

Carpisa, in collaboration with Sara Assicurazioni, offers all those who purchase a Carpisa suitcase in a physical store or on the online site* a 12-month insurance coverage , with no charges or costs for the customer,
for cases of total loss of the suitcase during an air journey .

Are Carpisa suitcases compatible with carry-on luggage dimensions?

Since November 6, 2006, the IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulation has been in effect, requiring the following maximum dimensions for cabin baggage: 56cm x 45cm x 25cm (these dimensions include wheels, handles, side pockets, etc.).
