RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

Carpisa intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering the possibility to return one or more items purchased online and to receive the related refund. The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item, of equal or greater amount, must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the site Www.carpisa.com.

The Customer can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. The Products must be returned complete in their entirety, with the labels, in fabric and pendants, intact and the original packaging and accessories. The Customer can handle and test the Products for the sole purpose of ascertaining their nature, characteristics and functioning, as would happen in a store; if the Products have been used beyond this limit, the Seller may reduce the reimbursement in proportion to the decrease in value, pursuant to art. 57 of the Consumer Code.

The return/withdrawal procedure is activated by connecting to Www.carpisa.com, in the “My profile —> My returns” section, through the digital withdrawal function. The return of the Products and the assignment to the courier must take place within 14 days of the return request (return costs may be charged).

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to Carpisa.it in exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer must comply with the following conditions:

  • the Products must be returned complete and in the same condition in which they were received, properly packaged and packaged;
  • the labels of the article, both in fabric and hanging, must be intact.

The Customer may handle and test the Products for the sole purpose of ascertaining their nature, characteristics and operation, as would happen in a store. If the Products have been used or manipulated beyond this limit, the Seller will not refuse the withdrawal, but may reduce the refund in proportion to the decrease in value of the Products, pursuant to art. 57 of the Consumer Code.

THE RETURN PROCEDURE

The Customer can request the return of all or part of his order by connecting to Www.carpisa.com, in the “My profile —> My returns” section. Here you can start the request by clicking on 'Add a new Return Form' and then on 'Select Order' corresponding to the order containing the items to be returned. For each item, the number of pieces must be indicated; the indication of the reason for the return is optional and does not affect the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Customer confirms the request in two subsequent steps and, immediately after sending, receives a receipt on a durable medium (e-mail) with the date and time of the communication and a summary of the request. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Following the return request, the Customer will receive two separate communications:

  • by Carpisa, the confirmation of taking charge of the return;
  • from TNT, instructions for creating the waybill and booking the pickup.

The Customer can however, at his choice, use another carrier; to facilitate the processing of the return, he is invited to contact Carpisa customer service to receive the return label to be inserted in the package. The return must be sent to: Kuvera Web c/o Logistica BRT, via Marcatutto, 20080 Albairate (MI). Shipping is at the risk of the Customer: Carpisa is not responsible for loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with equivalent methods and types.

All returned items are subject to inspection by Carpisa's staff, who verify compliance with the return conditions. If the Products are used or manipulated beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning, the Seller may reduce the reimbursement in proportion to the decrease in value, pursuant to art. 57 of the Consumer Code; any amount is determined as a result of the evaluation and communicated to the Customer.

Items purchased through the Clic&Collect service, and then collected in the store, must be returned using the same procedure described above.

REIMBURSEMENT

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with the conditions, the Customer will receive an e-mail accepting the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw; the Seller may withhold the refund until he has received the Products or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned them, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made in the same currency of purchase; any losses due to financial fluctuations will not be reimbursed.

In case of withdrawal, the Customer will be reimbursed the total amount of the purchase, including the original shipping costs (limited to standard shipping). The Customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the order, equal to 5 Euro with the TNT carrier, and any additional costs deriving from the choice of cash on delivery, of which the Customer is informed.

In the event of defects or non-conformity, the Customer has the right to the remedies of the legal guarantee of conformity (articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code) for defects that occur within 24 months of delivery, without any obligation to report within terms of forfeiture, and to the free return of the disputed items, after evaluation by Customer Care. To facilitate management, the Customer is invited to report the defect as soon as possible and, in the case of visible transport damage, promptly after delivery, sending photographs with evidence of the defect to customercare@carpisa.com, it being understood that any late notification does not result in the loss of warranty rights.
