RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

Carpisa aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction by offering customers the option to return one or more items purchased online and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.

Customers wishing to exchange a size, color, or item for the same or greater amount must complete the return procedure and place a new order on the website www.carpisa.com .

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the purchased item, and only if the returned items are intact and unused. To initiate the return process, log in to www.carpisa.com and go to the "My Returns" section of My Profile.
Subsequently, the return of the item(s) and therefore the entrustment of the return to the courier must necessarily take place within 14 days of the return request (return shipping costs may be charged).

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to Carpisa.it, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:
Items to be returned must not have been used or treated in any way.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be appropriately packaged and wrapped.
All other labels on the item, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, Carpisa reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

THE RETURN PROCEDURE

The Customer can request a return of all or part of his order by connecting to www.carpisa.com and entering the My Profile section “My Returns”.
Here the customer can request a return by clicking on the "Add a new return form" button and then on the "Select Order" button corresponding to the order containing the items they wish to return.
For each item, the number of pieces and the reason for the return must be entered.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Following the return request, the customer will receive 2 separate communications:

  • Carpisa authorizes the return;
  • TNT provides instructions for creating the consignment note and booking the collection.

The customer may, however, choose to use another carrier; to facilitate the return process, the customer is invited to contact Carpisa customer service to receive the return label to include in the package.

Shipping is at the customer's own risk: Carpisa is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delays in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same packaging type.
All returned items are inspected by Carpisa staff to ensure compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the returns procedure. Carpisa reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of returned items. These amounts are determined after the return's condition has been assessed and communicated to the Customer.

Items purchased through the Click & Collect service, and then collected in store, must be returned using the same procedure described above.

REIMBURSEMENT

If the return procedure has been completed correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. The refund due will be made via credit.
Please allow up to 30 business days between the date of receipt of the return and the date of the refund. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to financial fluctuations will not be reimbursed.

Please note that if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the total purchase price, including the original shipping costs (standard delivery only). However, the cost of returning the order, amounting to €5 using TNT, and any additional costs resulting from your choice of cash on delivery will not be refunded.

In the event of defects and/or non-conformities, the Customer will be entitled to a free return of the disputed items, subject to an assessment of the anomaly by our Customer Care team. The Customer is therefore required to report the defect within 48 hours of receiving the package, sending photographs of the damaged product, along with evidence of the defect, to customercare@carpisa.com .
