HOW TO REGISTER

Scan the QR code on your bag, enter the requested information, and register. To confirm your registration, you'll receive an email with a security code you'll need to enter to confirm your account. Make sure the email isn't going to your spam folder.

• Lost & Found

Recover your lost luggage. If you lose your luggage and someone finds it, they can reach you with a simple scan of the QR code. By scanning the code, whoever finds it can easily trace its owner. You can then be contacted at the associated email address (which will not be visible, in full respect of privacy) and receive information regarding the location of your luggage.

• Warranty
  

Always have proof of purchase handy. The receipt is essential for the warranty, but consumers don't always keep it. In the warranty section, you can upload a photo or PDF of the receipt so you don't lose it and can more easily request assistance.

Your luggage's ID card. Dimensions, component instructions (such as integrated locks), maintenance information, warranty terms, and much more are all easily accessible. You'll never have to worry about keeping tags again!

Your code is always just a click away. How many times have we set a secret code and then forgotten it? By writing it down in this section, you'll always be able to retrieve the code you entered. You can also always change the code if you decide to change the one you've already set.
