What is the CYAO Loyalty Program?

CYao Card is the exclusive loyalty program of Carpisa and Yamamay that will allow you to stay updated on all the news, access dedicated promotions and accumulate points with your purchases. To enroll in the loyalty program, simply request it at the cash desk in the Carpisa, GO Carpisa, Yamamay and CYao stores enabled for registration. You will receive your CYao Card immediately. Another option to register is to download CYao App on your Apple or Android smartphone. Open the application, click "Create a new account" and register for the program. By completing the registration you will be entitled to a Bonus of up to 50 points!

What is the Suitcase Insurance service?

Carpisa, in collaboration with Zurich, offers all those who buy a Carpisa suitcase an insurance coverage lasting 12 months, which compensates for the loss of luggage in an airport circuit. Remember to keep the receipt even after registration and activation of the policy, essential to obtain reimbursement in case of definitive loss. Activate your policy here. Are Carpisa suitcases compatible with the dimensions of hand luggage?

Since 6 November 2006 the IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulation has been in force, which provides for the following maximum dimensions for cabin baggage: 56cm x 45cm x 25 cm (these dimensions include wheels, handles, side pockets, etc.). Our products are designed to accompany you on your every trip, if you are buying a Carpisa suitcase to use as hand luggage always check the measurements in the product sheet.
